Make the most of your favourite bar soap with this handmade cotton soap saver bag. Crafted from natural cotton, it gently creates a light lather while helping you use up smaller pieces of soap that might otherwise go to waste.
The breathable mesh design allows water to drain away easily between uses, helping the soap dry faster and stay fresher for longer. Simply place your soap inside, wet the pouch, and use it directly on your skin in the shower or bath.
It's a small swap that keeps soap offcuts out of the bin and one less synthetic mesh in your shower caddy.

Care instructions
Care instructions
- Rinse before first use to soften the cotton weave.
- Wet the pouch and place your soap inside before each use; work the lather directly against the skin.
- Rinse the pouch thoroughly after each use and hang it to dry fully before storing, this keeps the mesh breathable and stops soap residue building up.
- Avoid leaving wet soap sealed inside the bag for long periods, trapped moisture slows drying and can shorten the life of both the soap and the pouch.
- Hand wash occasionally in warm water if the pouch starts to hold odour or residue; avoid harsh detergents.
- Some fraying or softening of the cotton weave over time is expected, it's simply a sign the pouch is made from real, untreated fibre rather than a synthetic blend.
- At end of life, check the drawstring and any stitching for synthetic thread before composting; if fully natural cotton, it can go into home compost.

Disclaimer
As each pouch is handmade from natural cotton, slight variations in weave density, drawstring length, and finished size are normal and a feature of genuine, minimally processed fibre rather than a fault; dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to a centimetre. Screen colours may differ slightly from the product in hand. Keep drawstrings away from young children during unsupervised use, and discontinue use if the weave thins to the point of tearing or the stitching comes loose.

Often, one of the most sustainable choices is to keep everyday products in use for as long as possible. Reusing household items for longer is widely recognised as an important way to reduce waste and make better use of natural resources.
