- Dishwasher safe for routine cleaning, or wash by hand with warm water and a mild detergent.
- Remove the chute regularly to clean between the compartments and the base.
- Dry thoroughly before storing to prevent water spotting on the steel surface.
- Avoid abrasive scourers on the handle mechanism to keep the release action smooth over time.
- At the true end of its life, stainless steel is widely accepted at metal recycling points.
